At The Hair Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security seals are intact and protective wrapping is secure to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
